Vattulu sit where they should
Telugu conjuncts hang the second consonant below the base letter — క్క, ప్ప, స్త, ష్ట. Editors that treat them as ordinary characters push them out of line or clip them at the row edge. Papers here use a real Telugu font with the line height to match.
